  To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price.

• Cancellation policy
  Should you have to cancel your stay due to unforeseeable regulations by COVID-19 (e.g. closure of national borders), we grant a free cancellation and full refund (100%) of the deposit.
  Should you have to cancel your stay regardless of the current situation, the following regulation applies:
  • Cancellation 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation and refund of the entire deposit.
  • Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount is due
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, early departure, partial arrival or no-show: 100 % is due

The prices quoted are per person/day with half board for the occupancy stated and for a minimum stay of three days. Prices do not include the local tourist tax of € 3.20 which is charged per day and person (from 14 years).

• Single room supplement: Double room for single use +30%
• Children’s discounts: valid for children sharing the same room (extra bed) with two full-paying adults:
  0 – 1 years: free
  1 – 6 years: – 50%
  7 – 12 years: – 30%
• Pets: on request with surcharge with € 10 per day
